School Data 2015-2016

The statutory tests in Summer 2016 were the first that measured attainment though a standardised score rather than a level. To reach the national standard children had to achieve the year group expectations which is called “working at the expected standard.” “Greater depth” is achieved if a child scored significantly higher than the national standard (when they achieved a scaled score of 110 or more – 100 being the point at which a child achieves the expected standard). In Key Stage One statutory tests were part of the judgement and class teachers decided whether a child was working at a particular standard.
