PSHE

Personal, social, health education (PSHE) encompasses all areas and is designed to promote children’s development by giving them the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to stay healthy and safe, develop worthwhile relationships, respect differences, develop independence and responsibility, and make the most of their own abilities and those of others.

Pupils are enabled to become healthy, independent and responsible members of society and are encouraged to play a positive role in contributing not only to school life, but also the wider community too, developing their self-worth and helping them appreciate what it means to be a positive member of a diverse multicultural society.
