Our School Day
Our school day begins at 8.50am with registration. Doors open from 8.40am to allow children to arrive calmly and prepare for the day.
The school day finishes at 3.20pm for all classes.
Children will receive a late mark from 9.00am onwards and an unauthorised absence after 9.30am. Please refer to our Attendance Policy for further information.

Celebration of the Word (Whole School Worship): Mondays at 9.00am

Here at St Joseph’s, we are very fortunate to have extensive school grounds. Wherever possible, our learning takes place outdoors, making full use of the wonderful facilities available to us.
Getting to School?
We encourage children to walk to school. There is a school crossing patrol opposite Bournes Row on Gregson Lane.
The car park at school is not to be used by parents unless dropping off or picking up from The Ark. Bournes Row is a very busy road and we therefore suggest parking at the Black Horse pub and walking down to school. However, if you opt to park on Bournes Row, we ask for you to be considerate to the local neighbours and to not park across driveways etc.
