Terms and Holidays
Each school year includes 191 days of learning for pupils during term time. In addition, there are five INSET days across the year when school is closed to pupils while staff take part in professional development linked to our School Improvement Plan.
Wherever possible, we align our term dates with local high schools to support families with children across different settings.
All term dates are reviewed and approved annually by the Governing Board, who ensure they meet statutory requirements and support the smooth running of the school.
